Meet the Registered Dietitians behind VIDA Dietetics.

The team of Registered Dietitians at VIDA Dietetics provides comprehensive clinical nutrition services, delivered with compassion and integrity. In accordance with LTC regulations, all clinical work is completed on-site to ensure a thorough assessment.

Executive Team

Julie Urbshott

Julie Urbshott is a former member of Dietitians of Canada’s Ontario Long Term Care Action Group. In 2017, she was awarded the Dietitians of Canada Member Recognition Award for her work with Brescia College and its internship program.

Julie has worked at a number of Healthcare organizations and led various teams over the course of her career:

St. Joseph’s Health Care – Coordinator, Food and Nutrition Services (Regional Mental Health Care/St. Joseph’s and Parkwood Hospitals)

Sarah Faulds

Sarah Faulds is a former Ontario representative for the Gerontology Network with Dietitians of Canada. She has held several positions in various Healthcare organizations contributing to the success of every team.

Both Julie and Sarah have spoken at the Canadian Society of Nutrition Management, Advantage Ontario and Dietitians of Canada annual conferences. They are also regular guest lecturers at Brescia College at Western University.
